Hospice Isle of Man’s children’s hospice, Rebecca House, were thrilled to accept a selection of beautiful wooden toys from Barry and Brenda Jones of Chester Wedgewood Toys.
Frances Bland, team leader at Rebecca House said: ‘We were delighted to accept these wooden toys which I feel all our children will enjoy playing with.’
King William’s College Principal Dr Sarah J Welch accompanied by Reverend Huw Mordecai visited Hospice Isle of Man recently along with head boy Max Corkill and a small group of students from the school.
Robin Gibb and his band gave a concert on Tuesday 18th November in the Villa Marina Royal Hall, starting at 8.00pm. Proceeds of the evening, around £30,000 went to to Oskar's Dreams.
Following a very successful Fun Day on Sunday 22nd June, at the Nunnery, Oskar's Dreams fundraising, for children cared for in Rebecca House, has now exceeded £200,000.
